Refund Policy

At Grayblocks, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you experience issues with Grayblocks components/templates or believe it to be defective, please reach out to us through our Live chat or support page. Our support team will require documentation of the issue, such as screenshots or links, to assist you effectively.


We offer a full or partial refund within 14 days starting from the moment when a user makes the payment. In this case Grayblocks has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.


Refunds will be offered for Grayblocks license if:

  1. Grayblocks components or templates are completely non-functional.

  2. And you’ve messaged on our Helpdesk for an issue but you didn't get any response in 72h (business days only).

  3. And/or Grayblocks's description was fully misleading.

- then you do have the option to request a refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:

  1. You have changed your mind about your purchase/subscription.

  2. You bought the license by mistake and the access was sent to you already.

  3. The license was bought by your employee or inmate using your payment method which he/she had legal access to.

  4. You refused to provide our support staff with access to your website to investigate our product you are having issue with.

  5. It has expired more than 14 days after purchase and you even didn't message Grayblocks support with a real issue.

  6. No refund will be offer for Creator License.

  7. We don’t offer any refund for any license that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.

  8. No refund will be offered for any purchase (even if it was bought at a regular price) while any discount offer is running on our site. Your refund request will be evaluated after the discount offer/campaign ends.

  9. Renewals or upgrades will not be eligible for refund.

Please also note that:
  1. You may cancel your account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.

  2. If you get a refund you cannot use the components or templates on any website or digital resources and all existing Grayblocks components or assets must be removed from all your projects.

  3. Refunds can take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
