These Creator License Terms (“Terms”) govern the use of GrayBlocks components, blocks, and templates (“Products”). By purchasing or using our Creator License, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Grant of License

The Creator License grants you the right to:

• Use GrayBlocks components and blocks to build end products, such as templates, websites, or digital designs.

• Resell those end products if you make reasonable modifications so that your template/design has a unique style and is not a direct copy of GrayBlocks ready-made templates.

• Include GrayBlocks components inside client projects and personal projects without restriction.

2. Restrictions

To protect the integrity of GrayBlocks Products and avoid misuse, you agree NOT to:

1. Resell Figma Templates as-is

   • GrayBlocks provides ready-made templates that are sold on our own platform and other marketplaces.

   • You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage these templates without significant style modifications.

2. Recreate or Compete with GrayBlocks

   • You may not use our components or blocks to create a competing component library or product whose primary purpose is to sell UI components.

3. Add to Standalone Component Libraries

   • You may not include GrayBlocks components in an existing design/component library if that business is built solely to sell components.

   • Exception: If the library is bundled into another product where the main business is not selling components directly (e.g., a website builder that includes these components as part of the builder’s functionality), inclusion is permitted.

4. Resell Without Modification

   • Simple copy-paste, or very minimal adjustments do not count as modification. Products built with GrayBlocks must show clear, creative differences from the originals ready templates available in Grayblocks.

5. Share/Resell Creator Account

   • You may not redistribute, sublicense, or share your Creator License with others.

3. Ownership

All Products remain the intellectual property of GrayBlocks.
The Creator License does not grant you ownership of the Products themselves, only the limited rights described above.

4. Termination

GrayBlocks reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing any end products made in violation of these rules.

5. Disclaimer

GrayBlocks provides the Products “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Products.
